Eventim Apollo is on Queen Caroline Street, W6, directly opposite the Broadway Shopping Centre. Hammersmith tube and bus stations are within the shopping centre and are wheelchair accessible.
Public Transport
Nearest Tube: Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines). The station is wheelchair accessible.
Buses: 9, 10, 27, 33, 419, 72, H91, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295 and 391. Hammersmith bus station is wheelchair accessible.
Taxis: Black cabs available outside the venue

Parking
Eventim Apollo does not have any parking spaces. The nearest 24-hour car park is located behind the Liviat Hammersmith (previously Kings Mall) and accommodates 176 cars. As the car park is 24-hours it can be entered at any point and cars can be collected anytime.
Novotel London West, located 3 to 5 minutes walk from the Apollo offers great and secured car park facilities. Up to 240 bays are available on a first come first served basis. Prices are £3.00 an hour or £1.00 an hour if you are staying at the hotel.

Book Tickets
Access Customers
Customers with access requirements should contact the venue directly to book their tickets. Please email info@eventimapollo.com with the name and date of the event you wish to book for, your phone number and full details of any access requirements, eg:
Are you a wheelchair user?
Do you require a free PA/companion ticket?
Do you require step free access, or are stairs to the circle manageable?
A member of the team will then call you back to go through the options. They are available to answer emails between 10am – 5pm Monday-Friday and will aim to get back to you within 5 working days.
You can also contact the venue on 020 8563 3800 and choose option 2. The line opens at 10:00 and closes at 17:00 and operates Monday to Friday. Please note that no other query can be dealt with on this number.
Anyone coming in person when the box office is open can still buy access tickets in the usual way.
Food & Drink
The venue has multiple bars selling soft drinks, snacks and alcohol. They do not have a restaurant or sell hot food but there are plenty of places to buy dinner in the local Hammersmith area.
The Eventim Apollo is now cashless to speed up sales, reduce our customers’ waiting time and limit contact between staff and guests.
