Shrek will play at the Hammersmith Apollo from the 19th July to the 31st August with performance at 7:30pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday and Saturdays and performances at 2:30pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Yes, there are discounts available for groups of 10+. These can be booked online at https://www.eventim.co.uk/artist/shrek-the-musical/?affiliate=5RK

If you have not received, or have lost the tickets you were issued for the performance you will need to contact your point of purchase directly for assistance prior to your performance date.

Please contact your ticket provider directly prior to your performance date, and they will be able to assist with your query.

While the show is fun for everyone, anyone 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and no one under 3 will be permitted.

Eventim Apollo is on Queen Caroline Street, W6, directly opposite the Broadway Shopping Centre. Hammersmith tube and bus stations are within the shopping centre and are wheelchair accessible.

Nearest Tube: Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith & City lines). The station is wheelchair accessible.

Buses: 9, 10, 27, 33, 419, 72, H91, 190, 211, 220, 267, 283, 295 and 391. Hammersmith bus station is wheelchair accessible.

Black cabs available outside the venue. Eventim Apollo does not have any parking spaces.

No filming or photography is permitted during the performance. If you are seen filming, you will be removed from the venue. You are welcome to record the curtain call at the end of the performance.

Do you require step free access, or are stairs to the circle manageable?

A member of our team will then call you back to go through the options. They are available to answer emails between 10am – 5pm Monday-Friday and will aim to get back to you within 5 working days.

You can also contact the venue on 020 8563 3800 and choose option 2. The line opens at 10:00 and closes at 17:00 and operates Monday to Friday. Please note that no other query can be dealt with on this number.

There is no ticket lottery for Shrek the Musical.

After a performance, any member of the public can wait at the stage door to hopefully catch a glimpse of their favourite actors after a show. Please note it is down to an actor’s individual discretion whether they greet people at the stage door.

Treat performers with the same respect that you would give to friends, family, and colleagues. If you do get to meet the actors at the stage door, then show your appreciation for the actor and make sure to say thank you! Be kind and considerate of other fans around you too.

Shrek the Musical is not currently hosting auditions.
